CV (Curriculum Vitae)

You can submit your CV to I Love My Job by uploading this directly to our website, or by applying for a specific advertised job. Alternatively, you can send your CV directly to one of our consultants if you have their direct email address.

Your CV and personal data is confidential and will be subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.  Your CV and personal information will be stored on our database and can / will be accessed by our recruitment consultants for the purposes of finding you suitable employment. You can update your CV at any time, simply uploading a new CV via our website, or by emailing it to info@ilovemyjob.co.uk. Your original/previous CV/CVs will be retained alongside your new CV. 

EMPLOYERS

I Love My Job cannot be held liable or accountable for:

  • Roles being withdrawn or amended at any time by the client.
  • The guarantee of finding suitable employment.
  • The final terms, conditions and duration of any employment gained though I Love My Job.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

All logos, descriptions, imagery and website content remain the property of I Love My Job Ltd, and cannot be used or reproduced without our written consent.

As a Candidate, your CV and personal data is confidential and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. It will be stored on our database and used solely for the purpose of providing you with work-finding services. We may contact you via phone and / or email to advise of new job opportunities that may be suitable for you, to provide you with relevant company or industry updates, or to inform of any company products or services. Your information will not be used for any other purpose, nor shared with a third party, with the exception of any specific employers you have authorised us to send your CV to.

In order to provide you with work-finding services, we may need to share your personal information / CV with our clients who are seeking new employees. We will always ask your specific consent before sharing your personal details / CV with a client. By agreeing to submit your CV to a client, you are agreeing for that client to hold your CV / personal details for a period of up to 30 days to allow for the recruitment process. Our clients will be given permission solely to process your data for the purpose of the recruitment process, and will not be used for their own purposes. Your personal data / CV will be deleted by them after a period of 30 days. If you are successfully employed by them, your personal details will be governed by your new employers own Privacy Policy.

Whenever we use or process data for the above purposes, we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in the highest regard, in-line with your data protection rights under current UK legislation. If you give consent for the retention of your personal data, we will retain it on our system until such a time as you formally request it to be erased.

You have the right to withdraw permission for the storage and processing of your Personal Data at any time, simply click here. and we will erase your CV / personal details from our system. Please note: By withdrawing permission for us to store your CV / personal details, it will affect our ability to find you employment.

Our website is hosted within datacenters based in London UK. The website is maintained on our behalf by Distil This Limited. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to advertise jobs and show our services to you. Your personal data is visible to Distil This Limited to enable them to perform site administration duties only.

We endeavour to keep our website up and running and in good working order at all times. However, I Love My Job cannot be held liable for any disruption, faults, or suspension of the site due to maintenance, disruption, or reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to at amend or suspend any aspect of the site at any time.
